Your Impact as a Pallet Builder:
You will assemble and repair wooden pallets using hand and power tools while ensuring every pallet meets quality standards. Throughout your shift, you will measure and cut materials, safely operate saws and nail guns, stack completed pallets for storage or shipment, maintain an organized workspace, assist with material movement when needed, and work alongside your team to achieve production goals while following all company safety guidelines.
