Dixie Septic is looking for a reliable, responsible part-time driver to operate our septic vacuum truck and transport wastewater to wastewater treatment facility.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for evening and/or early-morning work with a flexible schedule.

Job Duties

• Safely operate a septic/vacuum truck.
• Transport collected septic waste to the designated wastewater treatment plant.
• Properly load, secure, and unload the truck.
• Complete required disposal documentation and records.
• Perform basic truck inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle.
• Follow all DOT, safety, environmental, and wastewater disposal requirements.

Schedule

• Part-time
• Primarily evenings and/or early mornings
• Flexible scheduling based on workload and availability.
• Opportunity for additional hours as needed.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience operating a commercial truck.
• Manual truck operation required.
• Septic, vacuum truck, plumbing, or wastewater experience is a plus but not required .
• Must be dependable and able to work independently.
• Must be comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and occasionally in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to safely operate and maneuver a septic vacuum truck.
